Well I got off my sorry butt and did #3 today. I am still sore from yesterday but I know I had to do it.
Hubby laughed at me this morning because I was shuffling around from being sore. He said I looked like Tim Conway when he was that little old man on the Carol Burnett Show.

Hello..well i haven't done my bl wo for 4 days now...I've had such a busy schedule the last few days...I really need to get back on track...I have been riding my bike but I'm never going to get through it 100% by next week at this rate..

Hey ya'll!!! Well just finished up my exercising for the day...........I did #1 this morning and #3 this afternoon!! Yeah tomorrow is rest day!!!!!!!!!!  even though I will probably use thursdays to clean the entire house now.........i feel so guilty if i dont exercise............weird!! Don't forget ladies friday is the weigh in for the st' patty's day challenge..........kick butt these next two days to push the weight loss higher!!!! Well.......I'm going shopping tonight for some new workout clothes............i need a sports bra before I get black eyes...........lol!!! Have a great day ladies!!!

Hi Everyone! Excellent job on those workouts! I just did #3, it was a little easier this time than last, I hope that keeps up LOL! I tell ya..some of those squats oye! I think I need to get myself some gold stars for the calendar! Have a great afternoon everyone!

I've been reading thru old posts and it kinda seems like several people do both #1 and #3 in the same day, is this what you are supposed to do? I understood it as one day you'd do #1 then the next #3 then #1 and so on for 6 days. thanks for the help!

Question: How many of you are doing two workouts in one day, like #1 and #3? I thought it was only supposed to be one or the other!

Good Evening! yesterday I did workout #3 in the morning and did 20 minutes on the bike at night, Today I did workout #1 and OMG! I could hardly do it! it felt like all my leg muscles were pulled so tight.. it really hurt! I had to modify the lunges and half the jumping jacks...
I enjoy #3 so much more  , I don't feel as though I will be ready to move on next week.. I might watch #2 and 4 and see what they do in those ones, as I feel as though my motivation is slipping yet again..
I wish I had someone here to workout with!
and I also though you were to do only one workout a day

Hey girls! I really didn't feel like working out today, but I did BL #3 as soon as I got home from work so I didn't have any time to talk myself out of it. Plus, that way when watch BL tonight, I don't feel guilty about not working out!!
The program described in the DVD calls for one workout a day 6 days a week. However, if you are only doing it four days a week or so, you can probably double up.....You just don't want to burn out or strain muscles!! Good luck everyone on the weigh ins....

I do it two times a day............just cause if I dont workout twice a day........I would stop completely..........Don't ask why............its just me i guess. I just feel better if I do it twice a day. Plus when I do the second in the afternoon I sleep better............guess I'm more tired out. But I just do two for the sake of exercising. I used to play volleyball in high school and I really enjoyed exercising. I still do enjoy exercising so maybe that is why i do it twice a day...........I dont know!!! lol well ladies have a great day tomorrow!!!

Hello everyone!
I just got this workout DVD and LOVE it!!! It's challenging, but not impossible to do. There are no crazy dance steps and I just think its great! Today was my 3rd day this week for doing it. I did #1 today. The lunges are killer! I get up about 4:45am to do it. If I ever won the lottery, I'd pay Bob to come train me at my house! I kinda  him!!! LOL. He's an awesome trainer.
Do any of you do the Winning By Losing Plan? I haven't really checked it out yet. I am just calorie counting right now.

Bob can come workout at my house anytime!! LOL! He's awesome! I just finished #1 for the second time this week, those lunges absolutly kill me, I cant wait till i can make it thru the whole set with them. I'm just counting calories too, I get about 1500 a day. I hope everyone is having a spectacular day! I've got a buffet to conquer tonight, its my youngest's 7th birthday and thats where she picked for her dinner out. I'll do my best!! Keep shining everyone!
