Talking Question on timing

Hello ladies

I was just wondering if you could give me a rough guess on how long the winning by losing workouts are. (I just need to plan my day, is all. And need to find out what time to get up. )

In case it helps, I'm not new to workouts just to Jillians workouts.

TIA

Jayne

Day 1 Week 1 took me about 45 minutes yesterday Jayne. Unfortunately I didn't go again today

It varies for me, I'd plan for an hour at the beginning up to hr. and 15 min. as you get up to the 5th and 6th week. I think I am slower than some though.

I agree with ledom - plan on an hour to start with....my weight training usually runs short of an hour - but i always add cardio to get my full hour in.

I'm in week 2 and mine have been running anywhere between 35 and 45 minutes. Like the others I try to add some cardio for the full hour. Good luck, they are difficult workouts but fun!
