Default Biggest loser dvd workout

I don't know if anyone has seen this yet but I was just on nbc's site looking at the biggest loser stuff and discovered that they are coming out with an at home workout dvd! It's a customizable workout with the actual biggest loser cast!

http://www.nbc.com/The_Biggest_Loser...tras/dvd.shtml

Not too badly priced either. I might have to check this one out.

This looks good! Did you notice who is on the front? Matt, Andrea, Suzy, Seth, Gary and Drea! (and Bob too, of course!)

Yeah I watched the preview for it. Looks pretty good. I put it on my list for blockbuster but I might end up buying it sooner.

This is such a marvelous and motivational show that I'm very curious about the DVD coming out. My daughter was on the treadmill last night as the final show came on and I thought the idea of the DVD is excellent. Sometimes, I feel more motivated by seeing "everyday people" and not movie stars on an exercise tape. These people worked hard and made it. I think this will be a DVD I will buy for the holidays!

Wow! How lucky to have been at the finale! That's a "loot bag" I'd love to have received!

I just bought it tonight at my local Wal*Mart for $9.95!! That's cheaper than at the NBC store! I'm about to preview it.

Edit: Man, I just finished it about 20 minutes ago and boy did the low intensity kick my butt as well.. *phew*

I just bought this today. I haven't done it but I did pop it into to watch it. Seems really good. Good to know it's a kick butt workout.

Oh yeah, it's wonderful! I did the high intensity last night which was really good but I don't think I put as much into because I should of did the strength and sculpt (and my legs were already hurting hehe)
