Jen415 - you freaking go, girl!!! That's great! 4 days in a row is building a great habit. Pretty soon you'll fell weird and miss it if you can't do a workout for some reason. Endorphin cravings are neat!

butterfly - the soreness is normal at the beginnig. It goes away after a couple weeks if you keep it up. Your muscles are awake now!!! They might be a little groggy...
