Question *Roll Call* *Calling ANYONE Doing WINNING by LOSING Program*

I have seen so many people posting about finally getting the book, but haven't seen anyone join the threads we made. People who initially join seem to be waning.

So, if you all wouldn't mind, I just had a list of questions for you if you're doing Jillian Michael's program and following her book. I'd really appreciate it!

1.) Have you finished the book?
2.) Have you started the program and if so, when?
3.) Have you completed all workouts since beginning?
4.) Are you strictly adhering to your own oxidized-based eating plan?
5.) If you are already in the threads I put up, but stopped posting, why?
6.) If you haven't started posting in the threads, why?

1.) Have you finished the book?

Yes

2.) Have you started the program and if so, when?

Yes, three weeks ago.

3.) Have you completed all workouts since beginning?

Yes. I did skip one day but picked up where I left off the next day.

4.) Are you strictly adhering to your own oxidized-based eating plan?

This is where I am doing my own thing. I have approximately 1350 calories a day, a clean diet, with 1 or 2 free meals per week. I count those as my big calorie days. It's working so if it isn't broke why fix it? Since starting I have had a 2 lb. loss each week. I think I'll come in w/ about 1 1/2 lb. loss this week, actually I have already lost that so who knows?

5.) If you are already in the threads I put up, but stopped posting, why?
6.) If you haven't started posting in the threads, why?

not applicable

1.) Have you finished the book? YES
2.) Have you started the program and if so, when? I just began this week!! And enjoying the workouts so far!!
3.) Have you completed all workouts since beginning? So far so good!!
4.) Are you strictly adhering to your own oxidized-based eating plan? I am cleaning up my eating, since i am a balanced person, i found a website that is for 40/30/30 recipes that has totally helped me, instead of figuring it out for myself. Especially when i am busy with work.

I have a short goal and i know i can do it for xmas!! One baby step towards my goal a time.

1.) Have you finished the book? Yep.

2.) Have you started the program and if so, when? I will be restarting Week 2 on Monday

3.) Have you completed all workouts since beginning? No I missed half of week 2 because I was not feeling well, which is why I am doing it again.

4.) Are you strictly adhering to your own oxidized-based eating plan? Not super strict on the 40-30-30 portion but try to keep it in mind when planning my food. Very strict about the cals.

5.) If you are already in the threads I put up, but stopped posting, why? Sorry I have been super busy. I will be posting more next week again.

6.) If you haven't started posting in the threads, why? I HATE keeping a food diary so I probably will never show up there. Writing it done once is enough for me. But I will be back to the other two next week.

1.) Have you finished the book?

Almost, just finishing the sweat section
2.) Have you started the program and if so, when?

Kind of. I'm doing the eating part, I've done the emotional part, and I'm about to start the workout part.
3.) Have you completed all workouts since beginning?

I will complete all the workouts, haven't started that yet though.
4.) Are you strictly adhering to your own oxidized-based eating plan?

For the most part. I also have a free meal a week and some days I eat a slightly greater percentage of carbs than my balanced oxidizer plan recommends. I feel a ton better though, energy wise, so it's working!
5.) If you are already in the threads I put up, but stopped posting, why?

I haven't stopped and don't plan too.
6.) If you haven't started posting in the threads, why?

N/A

1. Not yet upto page 100.
2. Not yet.
3. N/A
4. N/A
5. N/A
6. Will be more involved when I'm finished the book. Up until today it was like you guys were talking another language. AMR, balanced oxidiser etc. Like someone else said I will probably struggle to type up the food I eat because it will be an effort to write it on paper. But I will let you know how I'm going.

1.) Have you finished the book? Im in process of reading it, so I have not finished it.
2.) Have you started the program and if so, when? I am not on any specific program. I have incorporated alot of diffrent ideas that work for me personally. I personally can not stick to one specfic program but do well what works for my body.
3.) Have you completed all workouts since beginning? I am working out to my own plan and have been pushing myself to go harder as it becomes easier.
4.) Are you strictly adhering to your own oxidized-based eating plan? For now yes, but I do reconize that I need to modify what I eat and become more balanced.
5.) If you are already in the threads I put up, but stopped posting, why? I only found the threads in winning by losing a few days ago and have been checking in and seeing what is all about.
6.) If you haven't started posting in the threads, why

I have not bought the book yet, as I am highly skeptical of any sort of thing that even remotely looks like yet another "diet plan." I do see that some of you wonderful people are haveing great sucess and from what I have been researching it looks like a decent enough plan. I don't know about the whole oxidizer (sp?) thing, but considering I have not read the book yet, I will hold off judgement until I do. I will buy the book today and more than likely jump on board.

Much love,
kat

Thanks so much to everyone who answered. ESPECIALLY those who didn't just erase and skip questions 5 and 6.

I just sometimes feel like I'm going it alone, especially since I got sick and then fell into a slump due to energy levels.

I really appreciate it.

To all the new faces:
