AAAH I'm getting really impatient waiting for my dvd to arrive! I hope it is done in the 3-2-1 format like 30DS and Ri30, but with longer workouts. Right now I'm alternating between NMTZ and BFBM (ok maybe I buy too many videos), and I can't wait for this dvd with TWO new workouts so that I can throw them into the mix.

Just did this video today! It was AWESOME! Love the new moves, the fact that she adds different Thai fight styles and even some yoga. Got me sweating!
Has anyone tried the meal plan? I can't find it - it says to go to a website but that just takes me to her personal website...that's my only complaint! |
