Talking Biggest loser simple swaps

I just got this book. H
Does anyone else have it? So far so good. Love how some are still succeeding in "real life"

Good nutritional info. Real stuff.

I don't have this one, but I do have the BL family cookbook and like it! On my list is the BL Dessert cookbook, to keep on track but not deprive myself. Maybe in January it'll be on sale somewhere for the "new year new you" stuff.

I've heard about it and would like to get it. I have the BL Cookbook, BL Calorie Counter, and the BL program book. I love the show and I love the recipes in the cookbook!

I think I've tried one recipe. Had the small book out on the kitchen table to use today and ended up eating Thai food at the mall..
