Default Calories Burned

I jest started doing the Biggest Looser Dvd and I am wanting to find out how to determin how many calories I burn doing the workout. Can Any one help me I log them on Spark people but cant find nothing.

I usually put BL/Jillian Michaels workouts under circuit training or calisthenics on Spark People. I think it's like 9 calories per minute or something?
