Need help with calorie level!
Ok I've been eating based on Jillian's book and I use my BMR X (activity level) and I was doing great until recently. My weight has stalled. I have added variety to my exercise and eating. I'm wondering if I should just go by the BMR and not multiply times that number. Any thoughts? What has been working for you?
Also I knowon the Biggest Lser they say your weight times 7. That seems low though. Any thoughs on that? |
If you want to lose, you could just eat your BMR. add in your activity calories wen you are ready to maintain.
I have a bodybugg so it does it all for me. I shoot for 1000 calorie deficite each day. I eat 1450, burn 2450 my BMR is 1515 currently. |
