I did it 3 or 4 times through.....currently I'm on more of a "wing it" plan that I made up myself using the principals I learned from Winning by Losing. I still do front and back splits - and a pure cardio day. Actually - I could prolly use a refresher course and go and do the 12 week cycle again.
goes on forever - but it's from when the book first came out and a bunch of us were journalling our exercise.
