I am soooo pumped up about the show tonight. It always gives me hope that I really can lose weight and exercise and at some point down the road be a smokin' hot momma!! Yea Baby!!

Talking And now for a word from our sponsor (hopefully not Krispy Kreme)!
Someone had the brilliant idea of trying to do some exercise during the show...even with commercials only wouldn't that be at least half an hour (sad commentary on commercials)!

I hereby pledge that I will use the commercials to do some weight training and some work on my ball, I need to get inspired to exercise again, as I seem to be just collapsing on the couch after work lately.

That's a great idea, I think I may get some steps in or do jumping jacks or something during the commercials.

i don't understand how they drop so many lbs so quickly!!! And i want to see a follow up show about the contestants on the first couple of seasons to see if they kept the weight off.

Jenn; i was GOBSMACKED when i saw how many calories they were burning off a day, about 3300 (like the grey team)? and then they're probably eating 1200 (women) 1800 (men) apprx a day? that much drastic a shock must equal so much weight loss. but i have NO idea how healthy that is. (not somuch the nine = more like the 20++)
