Has anyone tried and had any success with the biggest loser workout (the one in their fitness book). I am unable to go to the gym right now and I am trying to workout from home. I have been doing the Walk Away the Pounds videos in the morning but I would like to do something else in the afternoon or evening. I got the book from the library and photocopied the workouts but I haven't tried them yet.
If anyone has suggestions on anything else I could do from home that would be great also!!!
