As some of you know, Jillian has a radio show every Sunday where she talks about health and fitness. It's available for download as a Podcast, in addition to listening live on the website (and on the Radio, if you're near LA ).

This past Sunday, she wanted to talk about her "Top 10" websites for Health and Fitness and she talked about 3FC being a great site for all-around support! She mentioned that she used to post here, and she lurked often before she had financial/contractual obligations to run her own website/forums I thought it was nice that she remembered the site and thought to mention it.

And if you want to download any of her podcasts, http://kfiam640.com/cc-common/podcast.html is the place to do it (you have to right-click the links and "Save As" to get them on your PC, to transfer onto your iPod or other Mp3 player ). You can also listen right on your PC by clicking the link for the individual shows. The one where she mentions 3FC was 11-4-07's show.

Very cool! You know, I followed your last post about these podcasts, and I downloaded them all back thru March. Only problem is that when I try to subscribe via the RSS feed, I get all the Sunday shows, not just hers. I copy the url just like the instructions say. have you found a workaround to this?
