Exclamation I am so bumed!

I have ben "reading" on this site for many months, and been very incouraged by many of you wonderful ladies. I have been doing a run/walk interval program that I got out of Prevention magazine 9 weeks ago..the May issue..anyway, since that is over, I looked into other programs to start today..found a great one off of this thread by linking into the Bob Harper workout that he gave his Blue team..went in to write it down since I am now on the way to the Y, and ITS GONE! There is a message saying it is no longer available?! Does anyone have this? It was a 30 minute treadmill workout (with 3 minute runs increasing speed alternating 30 second walks) and then a 30 minute circuit with weights (lunges/squates etc..)...I am desperate at this point. I will go into Prevention for the moment, but I really liked that workout!! Any help would be appreciated!
