Hey all. I've been with 3FC for ages but have gotten into the bad habit of just posting in 1 or 2 forums and not checking out what everyone else is doing. I knew there was a Biggest Loser forum here but haven't checked it out in ages, it has really taken off since the last time I peeped in. I really love the show and desperately wish they would take Canadians or that they have one here like they do in the UK. It would be rough being away from my family for awhile let alone for 12 weeks plus whatever time they are there beforehand (if I made it all the way through) but it would be so awesome to lose so much weight and frankly to make my health the number priority instead of where it usually is, down in the basement somewhere!:D Just ordered the 1st Biggest Loser exercise DVD and I'm really looking forward to trying it out.

Sorry that I missed the signups for your latest challenge, looks great! Will you allow substitutions for people who drop out if we have our weight from week 1? I'd love to jump in if there is an opportunity. If not I'm going to keep up with what is going on here so I don't miss the next one.
