The past week has been going well. Last night, I may have over indulged on pasta and baguette, but I'm not letting it bother me too much. Today's a new day.

Bigmid - I'm glad you had a wonderful time.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

Doing better in trying to get back into the same pattern from before vacation. Just missing morning exercise but going to incorporate that starting tomorrow. Have a great week everyone.

Searchin wish I could do morning exercising then it's done for the day. I'm a night time exerciser though. Getting back in the swing after holiday is always a bit tougher though. Have fun tomorrow.

Morning exercising is something I need to get back into as well. It's nice getting it out of the way and feeling accomplished.

My biggest problem is when i wake up. If i start thinking about it, I talk myself out of going for a walk. The key is just to roll out of bed without thinking about it. I'm not a morning person myself, but heck, i should be able to get up and go at 7 am! LOL. If it were 5 AM, now that is a different story. I can't do silly o'clock exercise.
