Default Blue Team 2014 Spring Meltdown Chat Thread Week 10 (06/30-07/06)

Hi everyone well week 10 is upon us.

I have been MIA this week it's been a crazy busy one and today I forgot to post my WI as well. Good thing I'm thinking as I put on 2.6lbs this week. I haven't had time to eat properly either.
Was pretty good most of the week but bad on Fri night and Sat night.

I did a 5k color me rad run on Sat and it was very high uphill for 2k but it was awesome. Then after per the race a wind gust came up and blew a sign down right into my leg owwwwww. Still hurts I'm pretty sure it hit a nerve and a major muscle. Sucks as it will postpone the gym for a bit but glad it happened after and not before the race.

CONGRATULATIONS to our losers for the week. I haven't checked yet who but yay for anyone who lost

I will be better this week at coming on and chatting.

Sorry about missing the weigh-in, guys. No great loss (ha ha...), since I'm on a bit of a plateau - I've been hovering within .5lb of 149 for like three weeks now. Better than gaining though, right?

Congrats on the 5k, Bigmid! Sucks about the sign, but I bet you still feel great about finishing the run.

Bigmid - Awesome job with the 5k. I hope you feel better.

I had to use a freebie last week, but I will make up for it with a nice loss this week.

i've also been MIA since vacation. I can't seem to get my mojo back and get back into the swing of things. It's been raining like crazy and i've been missing my walks. The sky has been gray for over a week and I need a little bit of sunshine.

I've been okay. Exercise has been great - ran six miles on Tuesday! Sore as heck now, though. Diet's been a little mediocre - think I might end up just maintaining this week. I'll be gone all next week.

My eating and exercise have both been so-so. I have lost a few pounds again though which is good. It won't show that much as I never posted my 4lb gain. Kept forgetting to WI until to late.
