Hi everyone well week 10 is upon us.
I have been MIA this week it's been a crazy busy one and today I forgot to post my WI as well. Good thing I'm thinking as I put on 2.6lbs this week. I haven't had time to eat properly either.
Was pretty good most of the week but bad on Fri night and Sat night.
I did a 5k color me rad run on Sat and it was very high uphill for 2k but it was awesome. Then after per the race a wind gust came up and blew a sign down right into my leg
owwwwww. Still hurts I'm pretty sure it hit a nerve and a major muscle. Sucks as it will postpone the gym for a bit but glad it happened after and not before the race.
CONGRATULATIONS to our losers for the week. I haven't checked yet who but yay for anyone who lost
I will be better this week at coming on and chatting.
