    Lunch - plain small croissant and water
    Supper - 2 tortilla, 100g chicken breast (roasted), 100g beetroot slices, 1c Cos Lettuce, 20g colby cheese grated, 1tsp Parmesan powder. Dessert small piece of apple cake with custard.

    Lunch - Small Chicken Caesar Pita Pit (lettuce, onion, beetroot, carrot, corn, gherkin, pineapple, feta, tzatziki & honey mustard)

    pm - coconut muffin & medium Skim latte (Muffin Break). Skittles.
