Default Red Team 2014 Spring Meltdown Nutrition Thread Week 9 (06/22-06/29)

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post and return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.

Monday - 1500cal used (1960cal max target)
Breakfast - Nutrigrain cereal with Calci-trim milk. Trim latte Single Shot Grande (Starbucks)
Lunch - plain small croissant and water
Supper - 2 tortilla, 100g chicken breast (roasted), 100g beetroot slices, 1c Cos Lettuce, 20g colby cheese grated, 1tsp Parmesan powder. Dessert small piece of apple cake with custard.
Snacks (am/pm) -

Tuesday (Bad behaviour day .. lots of wasted calories ) 1974cal used (2453cal max target)
Breakfast - Nutrigrain & milk
Lunch - Small Chicken Caesar Pita Pit (lettuce, onion, beetroot, carrot, corn, gherkin, pineapple, feta, tzatziki & honey mustard)
Supper - Apple cake & custard
Snacks (am/pm) -am - trim latte single shot (Starbucks).
pm - coconut muffin & medium Skim latte (Muffin Break). Skittles.

Wednesday 1822cal used (2410cal max target)
Breakfast -Nutrigrain & milk, instant coffee
Lunch - Mango Muffin & Trim Latte Single Shot (Starbucks)
Supper - Homemade Chicken Stirfry with Teriyaki & Singapore Noodles
Snacks (am/pm) - Butternut Cookies & Instant Coffee

Thursday 1520 used (2078 max target)
Breakfast - Nutrigrain & milk
Lunch - Ham/Cheese Pinwheel scones, chocolate cake, water
Supper - Wendys Ultimate Chicken Grill (no tomato/sauce), 1/2 small fries
Snacks (am/pm) - pm - apple

Friday 1698 used (2802 max target)
Breakfast - Nutrigrain & trim milk, instant coffee (trim no sugar)
Lunch - Europe Summer Roll Bar, Starbucks Grande Trim Latter Single Shot
Supper - Japanese Chicken Donburi bowl (with rice)
Snacks (am/pm) - pm - Caramel slice (75g), Choc cream cookies (2), Instant coffee
