Tuesday- 10 MINUTE Ab Solution "A/B/C/D/E" 50 mins
Billy's Bootcamp dvd "Cardio Bootcamp" 30 mins
The FIRM "Cardio Party" 40 mins

Wednesday- REST DAY

Thursday- The FIRM "Hard Core Fusion" 60 mins
**Brutal workout. Legs were shaky.**
Billy's Bootcamp dvd "Basic Training Bootcamp" 60 mins **One word....PAINFUL**
Richard Simmons "Sweatin' to the Oldies 4" 60 mins
