Blue Team 2014 Spring Meltdown Exercise Thread Week 1 (04/28-05/04)
For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Monday- Walked 30 minutes ran 10 minutes on treadmill.
Tuesday- Chris Powell DVD
Wednesday-walked 5, ran 15
Thursday-ran off and on for 1 hour on treadmill
Friday- ran off and on for an hour
Saturday-ran 25 min walked 25

Monday- walked 6 miles
Tuesday- walked 6 miles
Wednesday- walked 6 miles
Thursday- walked 4 miles (hips and legs were aching, but pushed through)
Friday- rest day
Saturday- rest day
Sunday- walked 4 miles
