Tuesday- 75 min TRX training, 33 min walking
Wednesday- 1 hour yoga video. 21 min walking, 15 min hula hooping
Thursday- 39 min running, 13 min walking
Friday- 30 min yoga video, 31 min walking
Saturday- 55 min boot camp class
Sunday- 80 min yoga class
