Eat 5 servings of fruits & vegetables, preferably one from each color group Calories between 1200 and 1500 3 or less high calories drinks (coke, beer, etc) per week Monday Lunch: jambalaya, sweet tea - 503 Dinner: salad, bacon wrapped chicken, coke - 757 Total Calories: 1260 Tuesday Lunch: salad, bacon wrapped chicken, sweet tea - 629 Snack: 1/4 cantaloupe - 47 Dinner: bacon wrapped chicken, sweet potato, sweet tea - 537 Snack: 1c blueberries, 1/4 chocolate - 184 Total Calories: 1396 Wednesday Lunch: bacon wrapped chicken, mixed veggies, sweet tea - 426 Snack: 1/4 cantaloupe - 47 Dinner: taco soup, sweet tea - 606 Snack: cookies - 400 Total Calories: 1479 Thursday Lunch: taco soup, sweet tea - 606 Snack: 2 kiwi - 84 Dinner: bacon wrapped chicken, mixed veggies, sweet tea - 373 Evening Snack: chips and salsa, cookies - 560 Total Calories: 1623 Friday Lunch: pizza, coke - 873 Dinner: Total Calories: |
