I can't wait. I missed the sign-up for the previous challenge by just a day or two.

Hello everyone !

Congratulations to all the participants in the Frozen Fiesta challenge... we did it ! Very excited about the next one coming up soon.

Lots of changes coming up quickly on this end but I'm still getting out hiking and eating has been good except for a day here and there. I will be moving at the end of April so will be pretty busy until mid-May but hopefully things will settle down after that.

Hope everyone is having a great week so far !

Armygirl - YAHOO!!!!!!!! Onederland is a great place to be!!! Welcome!!!

Well I've been a little over on calories most days so far on vacation, but I've also exercised every day. Works for me - I needed a little vacation from the diet as well as from work.

Hi everyone -- hope everyone is doing well,.,,

Amygirl --congrats on getting to Onederland....

Riddy -- hope you're enjoying your vacation.....good for you for working out while on vacation too.....

Well I don't have news other than I'm down to 268!!!

You'd think I'd be happy about that (and I AM) but I just want to be down to 248.....just want to be down lower than I've been in a decade......

Oh well, I think I miss the challenge .....

Elizabeth, great job on being down and you will be down to 248 before you know it. You are doing so very well. I have been on 3 of these challenges and the between the challenge days look exactly the same as the challenge days. I don't change my eating just because we are between, when I start the next challenge it is fun to see that I'm starting the challenge at a lower weight then when I ended the last challenge. Talk about feeling in control. This is all about changing your health habits and the between the challenge periods really allows us time to practice kind of being on our own. Think of it as part of a training period and keep up the good work. Personally I would love to be in Onerland by the time the next challenge begins but if I don't manage that (and I probably won't as slow as it is coming off these days) than I will probably reach it during the next challenge. Either way, I will reach Onerland this year. Yippee.

Keep up the good work.

Bring on the May challenge! I only have 2 more weeks + finals in the semester, and my last long race until the fall is at the end of April. I won't start marathon training until August, and I'd like to get as much weight off as I can by then.

Hello ladies - I missed the Frozen Fiesta Challenge, but I'm all in for the next one in May. Looking at many weights here, I'm right in there with many of you . . . over 200, looking for wonderland. Started the new year at 260 and as of today, down to 235 by eating basically whole foods. Hope to be an asset to whatever team I land on. Gonna be a great summer - and by winter - wonderland???
