Ugh, the scale stayed the same for me this week, despite my best efforts. I've been totally OP and exercising but . . . nada. Maybe the fat is just congealing and next week it'll melt off. lol Congrats on those who lost and made us the winners again!!

Way to go ladies.
Hope everyone's week has started off well. Hard to believe we are in week 6

In the 52 small changes, this week is take a multi vitamin.

So I'll put the question out there, do you take one?
I used to and then started getting sticker shock at the $14-17 price tag for 90 caplets! I was taking the one-a- day weight loss version(or similar brand)with the green tea extract. I don't know if it helped, but just before Christmas I stopped and haven't started back up, but I guess this is as good a time as any to restart. I've added it to my shopping list.
Time for dinner & early to bed tonight as I am TIRED!

I take a couple a day actually for the plan I'm on. I take the Nature Made Women's Daily

Have you tried a generic multivitamin, CanadaMel? I take a Target multivitamin everyday and they were only $8 for 300 tablets. Pretty reasonable to me.

Congratulations to this weeks winners!!!!

I take a multivitamin daily too, plus a B complex. I don't know if it helps or not but it puts me in the self-care frame of mind for the day.

Happy Winning Losers!!!!!

Congrats losers!

Need to get my butt in gear, I've barely lost anything since November It's all my own fault of course..

I take a generic multivitamin, and Berrocca, which is an effervescent tablet combining B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium and zinc. It makes me feel much more energetic

Mel, I take a multivitamin. Generic brand from Giant food store. $3.49 for 100 (they may have gone up to $4.49) but I bought many, many bottles on BOGO plus had coupons. I also take 1,000 mcg of biotin for healthy nails and hair.
