A rough week for me emotionally. I'm trying not to feed it. Tomorrow is the third funeral I'm going to in about 6 weeks. And my DH is not a happy person these days. *Sigh. At least I got my exercise in today...don't feel like doing much else.

Well, I'm injured.

Long story short, I broke my elbow badly 12 years ago. It healed. But there is a big loose fragment of bone in there that never gave me trouble ... until Sunday. Now it's "precarious."

So in 10 days, I should know if I need surgery (maybe it will migrate somewhere less painful).

I'm not supposed to be driving, so no WW this week and no weigh-in. I'll need to use a freebie.

I'm so bummed.

OMG where has this week gone. I feel I'm just getting rolling and tomorrow is Friday. It's all the darn kid activities, but I guess it keeps me out of trouble.
Hopped on a bike while the kids did swim lessons and got 5.5 miles in.

Shanhat- ouch on the bone fragment. Fingers crossed it resolves itself.

Zogo- :hugs: to you and DH. May lure go more smoothly for the next while.

Wuv- I had to giggle with

-ya, right! WTG on your weight loss! Impressive & insprirational!

Loose seal- hope the scale cooperates.

Gina- I wish we had Target here. Hopefully late next year we will. Meanwhile I'm stuck with Walmart or Shoppers (like Walgreens or Rexall Drug store). Time to start shopping' around.

Hi to everyone else, time to call it a night.

Sleep well

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately, things have been so hectic here lately between being sick, my kids being sick, and going to school & my practicum. I'll try to be a better team member and post more often.
I am happy that I can record a 2 pound loss this week, but overall I haven't been doing that well with the weight loss. I know I could have lost a lot more by now if I would just stay consistent.

Loose Seal - Hope the scale is good to you tomorrow!

CanadaMel - Great job biking 5.5 miles I was taking a daily vitamin but then I stopped, so thanks for the reminder

Shanhat - that must be so painful and frustrating for you I hope you don't end up needing surgery.

zogo -

wuv2bloved - Way to go! You are doing amazing!

Have a wonderful day everyone.

LOL Loose Seal!!!

So I sent my X-rays to my mother (who's a radiologist). I'm actually feeling better, so I'm hoping I'm cleared to run and drive early this week! If so, I think I can get back on track fast.

As for surgery ... it's going to have to come out eventually, I think. But I'm in the middle of a job search, writing two books, editing a third ... I'd rather put it off.

I apologize in advance for whatever next week's weigh in will be -- I'm reconciled to a gain. But I'm hoping that if I get moving this week that it will be under a pound.
