Hello folks. I am new to the forum and joined after this challenge began, so I am not participating. But I wanted to cheer all of you on! I'm enjoying seeing the progress of everyone! I am participating in a Biggest Loser challenge at my job though.

Keep up the awesome work everyone! Go Red Team!

Sorry team but I posted a two pound gain this week I'm not at all surprised by this as I have been struggling. My adductor muscle is really sore, and I have no idea what I did to it. So, I haven't been working out at all, and it's really frustrating! Hopefully, the pain goes away quickly
For now I will really be careful with my calories.

Healthymewannabe, that's so nice of you to cheer us on Good luck with your BL challenge at work

Mel, that sucks about your hard drive. Good tip about the food journal! I find I have to log my foods or I will overeat.

wuv2bloved, congratulations on the 6 pounds this week, awesome! You are doing amazing

Daimere, hope you had a great vacation. That's wonderful about the compliment!

Have a great day everyone!

I went running yesterday after almost 2 weeks of making excuses and be depressed, and I'm pleased to say that I was 181.0 again this morning! So close to the 170s!!!

Hello Ladies
It's Friday!! Got a message my computer is ready to pick up, so I will do that this evening.

Wuv- thanks for the info on IP and glad its working out so well!

Healthy- thanks for checking in!

Narnia- hang in there. Sometimes it takes a while for the body to catch up with the choices you are making. As much a mental 'game' as it is physical.

Hopped on the treadmill while the kids were in their swimming lessons last night.
And can feel it in my hips this morning.

Okay, off to make kid lunches. Have a great day all. Let's finish week 4 with a bang!

Ugh, I keep forgetting to find the new chat thread each week. Duh.

I've been OP all week and am expecting at least a 1 lb. loss on the scale tomorrow. I've been a little today but did not give in because ... I want to see at least a 1 lb. loss on the scale tomorrow!

Congrats on everyone's losses. . . I didn't even realize we won this week. Some of you guys are totally kicking butt.

Hi Red Team,
I didn't weigh in this morning and I'm afraid that I'm going to end up with a gain. TOM hit me with lots of major chocolate cravings along with traveling in the middle of the week and DS leaving and getting a little depressed about that. I also haven't been able to get to the gym either so I'm just a mess right now. I need to get myself back on track this weekend.
Have a great weekend everyone, I'll try to post more later.

Down another lb. Whoot!

It certainly isn't easy, especially the food end of things but it's so worth 'just saying no' when you see results.

This challenge is helping me a lot because when I get tempted to go off plan I think 'wait, if I do that and don't have a loss of some kind or gain . . . that will affect not only me but TBL team' so . . . . yeah, it helps.

Just gotta keep our minds focused, be aware and dig our heels in. I don't know how else to get to goal.

Hello Red Team!!!
I hope you all had a fantastic week. Good luck on the weigh in today.
We're getting a little more sunlight every day. I hope it's helping you like it's helping me to get out there and get my walks in.

Week 4 and going strong. Keep it up people!
