Hi Blue Peeps! Good weigh in this morning, down four pounds. Ate really good this week, got in some exercise this weekend and did good at a party last night by eating light and not having any sweets.

I know I haven't been around and right now I just suck! I am extremely busy between work (if anyone remembers me from previous challenges, I now work at a law firm and I LOVE IT), my two small kids, and my final semester for undergrad. I have put on weight and its my fault. I love the girls I work with but they aren't helpful with my diet. They eat out together every day and I am finding it hard to separate myself. I have re-started my diet today and pray I can stick with it as I refuse to walk across that graduation stage fat!

2: 145 (No longer overweight)
3: 125-135? (healthy weight, not sure of goal weight)

Well, after a fab weigh in, I've let myself have a few too many treats today. Unfortunately uni related stress goes hand in hand with eating to excess with me, and it's proving tough to break. I'll keep on with the exercise in hope of minimising any damage the next few days may cause food wise. It's doubly bad as I'm home alone, so there's no one to tell me no!

I had a bad asthma attack last week and I'm still on Prednisone this week. I'm down a pound and I'm happy with that. Hopefully when I'm off the Prednisone, I'll have a couple of pounds off.

Hi all~ sorry I've not been around. Just dealing with bs relationship stuff. but this is a No Excuse challenge and I'm back on track with eating and exercise. I'm not going to let things get to me that effect my health! I've had a 1lb gain this week, which makes me a 1/2lb more than what I started this challenge at. I'm going to get on it this week and do just for me!!! Hope everyone has an awesome weigh in. I'll be back later to set up my exercise and nutrition spot.

Hi just checking in. I was up .2 on Friday but between then and today I put on the weight I lost last week. I keep going up and down the same 2 lbs every couple days.
Still haven't got the treadmill. I sent them an email on Thursday with no response yet from them so I'll make a call in the morning to see what the heck is going on.
I got the week off from work so I'm cleaning out the basement and under the stairs and hope to get rid of lots of stuff. It's hard though as I'm a pack rat. I want it gone but it's still hard to let go, that and the fact I hate doing that kind of work in the first place led to a few to many chocolates today. I hope to be done the job by Wed so I can actually enjoy some of my time off.

Takingcontrol ~ 5.5 loss...AMAZING...well done
I lost 4.9 and am extremely happy with that. Dont know how i will go next week, i have a severe throat infection that has seen me get a jab in the butt today, another tomorrow and im on double dosage penicillin! All i want to do is sleep, i cant eat and im struggling to drink as it hurts sooo much to swallow. I know i must keep the fluids up.

I went to visit my mother the last couple of weeks and spent almost the entire time in bed trying to keep warm. I will never leave south Florida to go north in January again! It was just way too cold! In any case, I can proudly say that though I didn't have the same exercise and eating routine, I gained very little weight while I was away (about half pound). I must have shivered many calories away! I'm back on track and hope that the sunshine will now melt the flubber away! :-)
