I just posted my weight. I work nights and sometimes I don't wake up till after 6pm on Sundays. Next week I'll make sure that I post on Saturdays. It's not like I changed my weight at all. Maintained

Hi Red Team,
Congrats to all the biggest losers!!
Happy Monday, there isn't any school today so DD is home and I can't slip off and workout s I'll do it tomorrow and just use dvds at home today. I'll get my 300 calorie burn today if I do the yoga and 2 mile WATP. DS has snowmobile fever, he thinks he wants to buy one now, but it makes no sence because he is going overseas for a year this summer, and his leave ends the end of the week. So he would have less than a week to play with it. Hopefully he outgrows in when he is gone.
I hope everyone has a great week, I'm workking hard to get off my food binge so I hope I get a loss this week.

Congratulations everyone on another great week. WTG
Aseret123 for being our BL this week.
I'm trying not to get down, but I am feeling rather frustrated at how slow this weight is coming off. I have been working out a lot, and eating under my allotted calories, and yet I am barely losing. I am trying to stay focussed on how I feel, as I do feel really good, but it's hard when the scale isn't co-operating. I've made a promise to myself that no matter what I am not giving up this time.
Have a wonderful day everyone

Here we are rollin' into week 3.
Blue team beat us by 3.05 pounds!
'Cmon ladies. Let's turn up the heat!
Week 3 of the 52 changes is get off & stay off the couch. How to be more active in your daily life.
I wear a pedometer & try to hit 10K steps/day. Right now it's easy as dh sprained his ankle, so I'm walking the dog 2x/day. Plus its -26C (~-15F), which makes we walk faster! I want to know if your body naturally burns more energy trying to stay warm? I sure hope so.
Daimere- you can post any day of the week- which every day is your weigh in day...as long as it's posted by 6pm Central Sunday. I use my weigh in from Friday or Saturday- (yes I'm a dreaded daily weigher).
Narnia- don't get too discouraged. Have you ever tried calorie cycling? Where you have your total calories for the week and you mix up your days with higher calorie days/lower calorie days? Sometimes- that's the small change we need to shake things up! Try to focus on NSV's too- are measurements changing? Clothes fitting differently?
It's late & i'm getting cold sitting at the computer- time to run up the stairs to a hopefully warm bed. Night all!

Mel - That is just too darn cold!!!!! It was 35 yesterday when I walked and I thought my cheeks would freeze off! Guess we have thin skin down here in the lower 48.

Oh Mel, I feel your pain! We're sitting in that deep freeze up here too. I am so thankful for my treadmill!
