Wednesday-
Round 1 - 80 min cardio machines
Round 2 - 3.75 mile slow walk = 1,200 for day vs. (1,200 consumed)
Thursday-
Round 1 - 90 min cardio machines
Round 2 - 2 mile walk & house cleaning = 1,100 for day vs. (party night--no counting)
Friday-

Saturday-
