Monday- Morning - Back, Biceps, Abs; Evening - C25K W2D1
Tuesday- Morning - 30 Min Cardio (Elliptical + Stationary Bike); Evening - Tae Kwon Do class
Wednesday- Morning - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders; Evening - C25K W2D2
Thursday- Morning - 30 Min Cardio (Elliptical + Stationary Bike)
Friday- Morning - Leg weight training; Evening - 100 Pushups W1D1
Saturday- C25K W2D3, standing lat pulldowns (Someday I will master the pull up!)
Sunday- (planned) 30 minute light walk (rest day)
