Ugh, I had a very off plan vacation. Some of the water weight has dropped back off, hopefully with more to come. I'm going to have to work hard this week!

Sorry I didn't post a loss, team. I'm honestly thrilled I didn't post a gain. I'm trying to drag myself back up after thanksgiving. And I'm sick today, plus am suffering from shin splints, so I skipped the gym and took it easy today. Christmas and new years we are doing nothing but hanging out at home with each other, so that shouldn't be too damaging.

Congrats to all the losers last week!

Wow, only three weeks to go. It makes me wonder what I could do in three weeks if I put my mind to it. I am still in recovery mode from T-day. Hopefully I can get back in the groove and eat healthy. Yesterday morning I made myself all kinds of promises and promptly broke them all yesterday evening! Today was much better though. I am more successful when I am in my routine.

Morning all! I'm leaving for Disney today and hoping for some of their legendary magic and maybe a Christmas miracle to keep me on track during holidays. I'd like to maintain, but if I really had my Christmas wish, I'd be strong enough to make good decisions on eating, and maybe even lose a bit from all the walking.

I'll be back on the 11th, so I'll miss this week's weigh in -- I still have one freebie -- and I'll weigh in next on the 12th.

Ugh...didn't want to post a gain but figured I would. Back on track (for the most part) this week. Motivated by a winter trip I just booked yesterday to San Diego for 3 days, then a 7 day cruise down the west coast of mexico. *bathing suit, shorts, and tank tops oh...my!

We're a quiet bunch this week. Hope everyone is doing well. Day off today, so I hope to get Xmas cards out (sent yours the other day Shan!)
Still not completely done with gifts, but will get there. It's the kids school project of making(I.e- machine sewn) a stocking for a classmate. It's a greats thought, but it's not like I don't have 20 other projects on the go?! Thankfully only 2 of them have to do it this year!

Hey Teamies,

Still struggling with getting back on plan since Thanksgiving. I am not unhappy where I am but I would like to take off a few more. Plus, I just want to have control of my eating and that has just not been the case these days. It is more like hit and miss. Well anyway, tomorrow is a new day.

CanadaMel-Good for going the extra mile to make Christmas a special time for your kids. I really have to push myself to get into Christmas. It is so darn much work! I sure liked it as a kid though.

Congrats on winning last weeks weigh in team!

Don't forget to weigh in later (less than 24 hours).

I did my 5k today! It was a walking marathon, but there were THOUSANDS of people there. I finished in 57 minutes. Not sure if thats good or bad. But I felt great, and I really wanted to finish in under an hour. So I'm happy.
