shan84~ Have fun with your Halloween stuff!!! Definitely let us know how the food delivery is going!

sha25~ Octomom That's hilarious!!!

julie99s~ LOL, we used to race lobsters across our floor and then giggle maliciously when we put them in the pot (my sisters, brother and I). Now that I think about it, kind of evil of us. But I think it's how we were brought up. We all hunted and fished as kids, and actually depended a lot on the game we were able to get for food. Probably why I'm heartless when it comes lobsters Ironically, I was only able to eat half the lobster they brought me, and then I was kind of sick of it.

TERAPET~ They offer body sculpt classes at our gym, but I've never been able to get myself to go...

Serval87~ What scary movies are you planning on watching?

How is everyone doing???

So the weather was BEAUTIFUL yesterday and my coworker and I hiked up one of the local mountains. I put some links to some of the pics I took yesterday below. The trail was super muddy, so we ended up taking the road back down as we really didn't want to spend anymore time on our hands then we did when we climbed up the trail.

KimL-I love your pics. What a beautiful place to live. You might want to think about the body sculpting classes. You will be so happy as you take the weight off. Muscle definition is pretty cool. Also, sometimes the inches off from the toning is pretty rewarding also. Aw, vanity.

sha25-Congrats on busting through to the next decade. WooHoo.

TERAPET~ I could definitely use some muscle definition! Although, I tend to go to the extreme. When I lifted in college (I was a power lifter), I got to the point where I was totally defined in my arms and legs, but still had a nice spare tire...

sha25~ CONGRATULATIONS!!!

I will be disappearing from the boards for a couple days as I will be spending my weekend with my sisters in NY. I have no idea what we're going to be doing, but it should be a blast!!! Have a great weekend everyone!

Sha-congrats on busting through the wall of 180.

Kim-great pics, thanks for sharing.

Think I'll be using a freebie this week, Ive been holding at +2 lbs on the scale due to some poor food choices ( hello pita chips :0 ) earlier this week. I have to get out of the winter, I want to hibernate, mode. One of the most difficult habits to break.

Need to find black & orange clothes for the kids to wear. Have a great Friday all!

NSV-I'm wearing size 12 dockers!! Woohoo

Congrats on your size 12s, Mel!

That's awesome on your 179 reading, sha25!!

Have fun in NY, Kim. Always wanted to get there someday.

The kids came home from school today. Loaded with candy. I love Halloween, but I'll be glad when the candy is gone. We pick out a few favorites and donate the rest to the dentist to send overseas. The girls have a dentist appt the 2nd too. It'll be easy to get rid of hehehe.

Kim- Breathtaking photographs. Absolutely stunning! Thanks for sharing! Enjoy your weekend!

sha- Congrats on the scale moving! Go you!!!

Mel- Size 12! Wowsa! Your amazing!!

Julie- Great idea to get rid of the candy. I remember when I was little my sister and I would go trick or treating with our pillowcases as our Halloween basket, and we would always come home with it full, full, full of candy. My parents let us eat on it for about 6 months. No wonder my sister and I both struggled with our weight. On anothe note, my sister started weight watchers and is done 20lbs and almost to her goal weight!

Hope everyone has a great weekend. I changed my avatar to share with you my NASCAR fanatic Halloween costume I used for school yesterday. Not much planned for this weekend. Eating the delivered food, heading to the gym today, a little shopping..nothing big.

Oh, but so excited for Monday- 1 year anniversary with the bf!

Hi everyone!

It's been a busy week for me...lots going on at work. I'm happy to report that I shed the weight I had gained last week, plus a little more, so I'll have a respectable weigh in for tomorrow.

I haven't read all the posts for this week, but I did want to say congratulations to Mel on the size 12's, and to Sha for busting into a new decade, and to Shan on your anniversary Monday!

My high point this week was that my 5 yo DS won a Future Aces award at school for 'Showing Respect' - we took him out to dinner to his favourite restaurant to celebrate, he was soooooo excited. So was I to tell you the truth, I've been on a proud-mommy high all week.

Here's my two day results so far:

Calorie deficit is food and exercise based-

Day One- 1,978
Day Two- 1,145

Based on I know the exact calorie amount I'm eating each day since the food is prepared for me, and I also know my calorie burn thanks to my Go Wear Fit!

Hope this continues!!

Angie-Yeah on your son being recognized for being respectful. Very cool.

Shan84-That is so nice about the boyfriend. Also, cute costume.

Julie-Wise mom move with the candy. The only way I kept any from my kids was the "mommy tax" move to take my share!

CanadaMel-WooHoo on the size 12!

Hope everyone has been having a great weekend.

Even if the chocolate is talking to you saying, "Eat me"...Resist! Haha.

I'm on day three of the new diet. I am showing a huge loss for this week already. I'm so excited for official weigh in tomorrow!!! Thanks to the new diet and part because TOM is finished.

Woohoo!!

Kim, your pictures are absolutely breathtaking! I especially loved the last one! So beautiful. We ended up watching the Nightmare on Elm street remake and Trick R Treat.
