Default Red Team Fall Focus Nutritional Journal Week 5 (10/18-10/24)

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post and return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

I'm going to just post my calorie intake this week (My intake is supposed to be between 2000-2200 daily).

Monday- 2400

Tuesday- 2200
Wednesday-1700
Thursday-1500
Friday- 2400
Saturday-1900
Sunday- 2000
