For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Hoping to stick with my P90x schedule and add a couple km's of walk in between
Monday- yoga x - 57 mins
Tuesday- legs & back - 79mins
Wednesday- kenpo x - 58 mins..
Thursday- stretch x 57 mins
Friday- chest&back + ab ripper x (73mins) + 2k walk/jog
Saturday-plyometrics- 60 mins
Sunday- shoulders& arms + abripper x- 75 mins

Tuesday-30 min elliptical; 60 min weights; 15 min abs
Wednesday-20 min arc trainer; 60 min spin class; 60 min yoga; 45 min bowling

Exhausted! I was in charge of a huge event at church and was going all day from 5 in the morning until 10:30 at night. Hopefully burned some good calories although no formal workout. Friday-
Today everything seemed to be a mess so I decided to spend my workout time doing heavy cleaning. I cleaned and vacuumed my van and my hubbies car and then cleaned up the kitchen. I think I had a good calorie burn.
