Matilda.. I'd love to reach my 10% also!! I don't wi every day but several times a week. But only my Sunday weigh in counts.
so I just finished up 30 min of exercising... I feel weaker now than I did when I first started exercising. I want to add in some sort of strength training to my workout. And I want an exercise bike so I can watch TBL while riding!
