Hi All,
This is my first challenge. I'm 26 years old and hoping that my body, mind, and emotions are all ready to get rid of this weight. I'm starting at 297. In the past I have had success losing weight. I lost 30lbs at one point, but ended up gaining it back plus about 50lbs more.
Right now everything in my life is changing. I now have a full time job, buying my first home and moving out of my parents and just got out of a two year relationship. Seems like everything else in my life is changing so my weight can too!
I'm hoping to lose 10lbs during this challenge. Ok, so I'm hoping for more, but by keeping my goal low I wont be disapointed if I don't lose like 50lbs. That was my downfall in the past - didn't lose 20lbs in a month? Screw this, I can't do it.
