Hey all. I know it helps me to post my weekly exercise, so I thought I'd create a thread for us. You can post your plan ahead of time and mark it off as it is completed or just post your exercise as you do it. Below is the basic format for you to copy/paste. Week 2 (9/6-9/12)
Monday- Radnor Lake- walk 2.5ish miles
Tuesday- C25K w1d2 Wednesday- 30 min cardio; 20 min weights Thursday- C25K w1d3 Friday- 30 min cardio; 20 min weights Saturday- 60 min cardio Sunday- C25K w2d1 |
