This way everything get calculated and posted, and a fresh start for everyone Monday morning Hope this answers your question!

HELP!!! I am just back from my vacation business trip and was ready to weigh in tomorrow.....just like the previous challenges. Then I see that it is due today!!! I can't weigh in today in the middle of the day! What do I do? Why did it change to sundays?

We did a poll during the "Purple" challenge, and the majority were in favor of changing the weigh ins to Sunday, so we could start fresh each Monday.

If you can't weigh today, then you can either use your last weigh in, or you can use a freebie.

Ok well I just sent you a PM b4 I saw this (I am not getting my email notifications). Anyway, personally I think this change sucks because I am rarely around on the weekends. Its soooooo much easier to post when I am checking my email monday mornings. I'm trying to see what I can do but talk about a surprise.

Oh and I just wanted to mention that I though since most people WI in the morning it seems to me that doing that on Monday mornings means you start fresh on mondays.

I'm sorry for all the trouble and confusion this change has caused. When Angela and I discussed this we didn't foresee any problems, and when we made a poll during the break the majority were in favor of changing the day. It is unfortunate that not everyone who is participating now was around to have their say. I'm not sure if we can do anything about it now, but Angela and I will talk about it.

I read something about you can take a pass on a weigh in. I'm curious how this work as next weigh in will hit 1 day before tom.

Yup,everyone gets two "Freebies" throughout the course of the challenge, so if you need one just type Freebie where you would normally post your weight for that week. They are great if you have a water gain or will be out of town, etc.

I would consider Pilates to be strength and probably abs too. I use my heart rate as my rule of thumb. High HR = Cardio

Well, weights would be considered strength, so that looks like strength and abs, unless I'm missing something....Personally I don't count something as cardio unless I spend at least 20mins straight doing it.

Ok this is a doozy of a ?

I have decided weekly weighing is not working for me. Am i allowed to keep participating in any way shape or form with only weighing monthly??? I 100% understand if I can not.
