In the way of weight fluctuations over the holidays no.. changing our weights I do not think would be fair at this point as we are officially starting today... as far as the scale goes.. that is a technical issue that I have not had to deal with before and I am going to have to discuss this with Monte to be sure we are all on the same page.. and I will let you know as soon as we come to a decision on that one!!

Angela and I talked about it and this is what we came up with for the new scale..... divide the difference between the two scales this week, then move completely to the new scale the following week.

Hypothetically... what if you had a gain one week. Not that I'm thinking that way!! But what would happen??
Thanks!

It would just be added like any other week... If someone feels they have gained a considerable amount (tom, water retention..etc.) everyone has 2 "Freebies" to use throughout the challenge, lol no one gets disqualified .. only way that will happen is if someone uses BOTH Freebies and then misses another weigh in.

I weigh in on Saturdays @ Weight Watchers. The BL WI date is Sunday. Is it ok for me to use my Saturday WI info for this challenge?

Hi just a quick question.
i read through the Q and A and noticed that the weigh ins have been changed to sunday being the deadline. is this correct? so you need to post in your weigh in by 9pm on sunday?
thanks!

Thanks for answering, MonteCristo!
New question! For the last chance workout, how do I categorize my Walk Away the Pounds and 30Day Shred videos? They vary the workout, so I don't know how many mins of cardio, abs, etc I'm doing.

30 Day Shred is a circuit workout, so I'd call it strength training. I would also consider it to count for your ab workout.
I've never down WATP, but I think it would be cardio.

Hey Echo!!.. First of all I missed you! haha Glad to have you back! There were some concerns about the week seeming broken up, with just starting the challenges n stuff on a Tuesday, and we had also noticed how discouraging it was last challenge for everyone to be waiting on results and then for the new challenges to be posted and alot of people were missing out on challenges.. etc. So we put it to a vote in the Purple Team Challenge http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/bigg...-week-1-a.html and changing the date and time of weigh ins won the vote 70%/30%.
This way everything get calculated and posted, and a fresh start for everyone Monday morning Hope this answers your question!

Yes, deadline is now Sunday. We did a poll a little while back, and the majority were in favor of having the weighins on Sunday so we would be starting fresh on Mondays.
