Total for 30 April : 90 minutes for 90 miles
May 1
Recumbent Bike: 45 Minutes (11.19 Miles - 469 calories burned)
Total for 1 May: 45 minutes for a total of 135 miles
May 2
Elliptical: 45 minutes (2.77 miles - 539 calories burned)
Total for 2 May: 45 minutes for a total of 180 miles
May 3
Walking: 45 minutes (2 miles - ?? calories burned)

Didnt log on yesterday afternoon im behind!
May 1st - 60 minutes intense cardio 60 minutes toning,abs, stretching = 120minutes BABY!
May 2nd - n/a
May 3rd -45min walk/jog 15 minutes Red Team Pushing it Challenge
Trying for NC!!!although i love NJ!
well at least i made it to NJ in this short week!
Total = 180 minutes!!! YAY!

My family goes to OC, NJ every year so I would love to go to NC, but I am leaving Friday for the weekend and won't have computer access until Monday. So I only have three days to log exercise, looks like it will be OC for me.
4/30: 20 min walk
15 min treadmill
30 min with trainer
5/1: 20 min walk
60 min spinning class
5/2: 45 min cardio & weights
5/3: on vacation

Apr. 30 - Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X = 76 minutes
May 1 - Yoga X = 92:24 minutes
May 2 - Round of golf...no workout minutes
May 3 - Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X = 75 minutes
Total jet airfare/minutes = 243
