Please forgive me if this type of post does not belong on this board. Awhile back I read the Beck Diet Solution. Today I also found another book along the lines of the beck solution; Diet Rehab from Mike Dow. Not only does Diet rehab deal with positive/negative thoughts, but the author focuses alot on the science of food addiction, and how to boost our serotonin and dopamine through certain foods and activities.
Anyways, I am just wondering if anyone has read Diet Rehab and your thoughts on both books.
