I see this thread has slowed down, but I need some motivation so thought I'd post and see if we could wake it up!
With my new job starting last week, I lost my daytime walking schedule (and can't take two 20 minute breaks during the day the way I did at my previous job). I only walked twice in the evenings with DH--and that's not enough.
So, as part of my recommit (I posted about it in the main Beck thread), I set my alarm for 6:00 am this morning and went for a walk. (Hit the snooze alarm once, which I intended but then got up!) Credit for practicing my resistance muscle and skipping out on my planned walk. It took me 23 minutes to walk a route that I first walked in 27 minutes, so credit for walking faster--it's better exercise.
I'm cooling off a bit and will go take my shower and start my day--and start already having exercised my resistance muscle! Oh--and credit for cooling down by posting instead of cooling down by lying down again!
