I started back using the Beck Diet Solution recently. However, I lost the response cards that came with my book. I have the older book also (that does not come with preforated cards), but you have to dig through to find them. Does anyone know where I can find them to write on my index cards?

I never used any version that came with cards - I bought the hardcover book and made my own response cards just using plain old index cards.

Is there any way you can reconstruct them that way?

Yes, I was just being lazy, tearing the preforated cards out was easier. I did find a partial list online. Maybe I will have time to do that this weekend.

Hi Becky (anotherchick) - Neither of my two books had tear out cards, so I'm stumped thinking of how to help you. I have the pink book and the green book. I don't have the pink workbook which might be where you found those.

Good luck writing out your own set. I found that my set became quite personalized, so prewritten cards wouldn't have helped me much.
