The pink book says - line up a diet coach! I haven't had any luck with anyone here volunteering. I promise I'll "try" to be good.... can someone help me?

Hi -- I saw your request... what I'm doing is using the forum as my "coach" rather than an individual. I feel like it's less pressure on any one person and more likely that any given time I need support, I'm more likely to get it, since there's a whole crew. It's worked out pretty well so far -- I just post in the monthly thread and I get lots of constructive feedback...

I have also used the Beck Diet Solution. I got through about 3/4ths of the book before I gave up... But it's a great book, very helpful and I wish you luck!!
