Funny that since I'm focused on low carbs and find that at the end of day- WOW
-total calories is lower and I really have to find more calories BUT with low carbs so I can be 30-40 carbs. Before wasn't hard at all because I was eating cookies, candy,cheetoes, crackers and ice cream.
Tracking everything is the key so you know exactly what you are eating or drinking.
MFP let's u scan bar codes so there's no guessing.
I always thought I didn't eat that much but the little bites and grabs added up so keeping it real and entering EVERYTHING! Carbs are the !!

I noticed how high kale is in carbs, especially when cooked. I stopped making chicken and kale soup and switched to chicken and escarole.

It's easy to keep calories low on low carb when you're only eating whole foods. I have a hard time keeping the protein moderate though. How much protein is everyone eating.


Nancy, my scale keeps bouncing too with no real results.

Good eve all

well so far so good I think ??

Today was a good eating day and right now I am enjoying a protein shake since I have not gotten in enough today....only 63g protein, carbs 6 so far and calories have been low, under 500. I know I will have more later though.

But this may mean a bit of a drop in the am...we will see

Nekko I usually eat about 70-100g of protein a day....that is about as much as I can do and keep my carbs and calories on the lower side. Although there have been a few times when I upped my carbs to between 20-30 and saw a drop the next day so I may be eating too low

I may have had an off weekend... Tasty, but an off weekend. lol Back on plan today.

Coffee for breakfast, eggs for lunch and tuna for dinner.

Good day today for me had plenty of veggies but I am still hungry!!!!

I may need to just buckle down and eat ....sheesh I don't know something really bad LOL

WI this am up 2lb from yesterday and wth????no reason just my body
