Funny that since I'm focused on low carbs and find that at the end of day- WOW
-total calories is lower and I really have to find more calories BUT with low carbs so I can be 30-40 carbs. Before wasn't hard at all because I was eating cookies, candy,cheetoes, crackers and ice cream.
