bad sore throat and filled sinuses, the crud found me My feet are swollen too ??? sigh

Sorry you're feeling bad. It's such a hard time of year to stay well. I agree that the body retains fluid when you're sick. Drink lots of tea and broth, hopefully that will help.

I like the idea of 5 lb increments; I'd like to join you. I'm currently 197- down from a 243 high and up from a 180 low- I've been losing ground for months. See you in the morning!

Hi Everyone. Last night, before I went to bed I promised myself I would join this group today- at 197lbs. But no, I'm joining at 198.oh well. I see that you log your weight daily, so I will do the same. I'm generally low carb. On Monday, I plan to tackle Atkins Phase 1.

Hi All, Thanks Neko, I did enjoy my last few days....too much. I was 202 this morning. I'm counting that as my official 2017 starting weight. I weigh daily- but I count Monday as my fresh start day. I'm in NJ, too.
I've had a great day, today. A five pound goal feels so attainable.

Staying on plan the first 5 pounds should be easy.

Hello again! For the week I'm only down 1.4 lbs now☹️. My fault though because I continued having my nightly wine. Other than that I have not cheated on my food choices. I've worked out the last 2 days in a row! That's an accomplishment for me since I usually only work out twice yearly😅. No joke!!! How is everyone else doing?
