Glad to hear everyone is on plan and having success. My weight loss is still at a stand still but I'm still totally on plan. My stair challenge of 16 floors yesterday was dismal. I only made it 8. Will try again in a few days.

Today's plan:
Breakfast: Boiled eggs
Lunch: Baked chicken breast, caulimash
Dinner: Egg omelette w/veggies

awesome attempt shan....you'll be running up those soon!!!

I finally got use to coconut oil in my am coffee. Now i need to work on my water intake, finding an open bathroom at work is sometimes difficult since nurses waiting until the last minute and have uber large bladders

Geez, I can't imagine 16 flights of stairs.

Brakfast: 2 Cups of coffee 1/2 tbsp HC and 1/2 splenda packet in each

Lunch: 2 reuben roll ups (Corned beef/sauerkraut/low carb thousand island/swiss cheese (baked in oven til cheese melts) I LOVE these things & 2 cups lettuce with EVOO & Vinegar

Dinner: Shredded chuck roast/green beens/cauliflower

Water: 50oz's down, 40 to go.

Down a lb today. Desperately wanting to lose 5 more lbs before I leave on vacation in eleven days. Don't know if it will happen but at least I'm giving it my best effort.

I was SUPER behind on my water intake yesterday so have to get back to normal today.

Water intake: Half my body weight in ounces
Exercise: 45 minute walking
Brunch: Egg omelette w/ veggies, salt/pepper, butter
Dinner: Beef stir fry with red onions and tomato, salt/pepper

did a lot of snacking during the day yesterday instead of an actual meal....boiled egg here, salami there, cheese stick, but my water has gone wwwaaaayyy down from 94+ oz to 23 oz...packing 2 bottles in my bag today and go from there. Putting pot roast in crock pot this morning before I leave so I'll have some more to snack on. Waiting for a exercise dvd in the mail, my talent for zumba will land me in the ER so moving on

Love Zumba Smith but nothing like that here in China...booo.

Today's plan: It's an egg day because of lack of food in the house haha.
Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs, 2 grape tomatoes
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 avocado, handful of mushrooms
Dinner: Baked chicken breast w/ baked zucchini and mushrooms and onions

soooooo yesterday once we hit full census we get some sweet, chocolate, melt in your mouth bakery goods from a local shop.....I held out to the end but the mini fruit tart took my heart and sole. I didn't eat the shell though. That lead to finishing off the snickers ice cream when I got home from a crazy day at work and drinking a couple of beers after dinner....

I HAVE ONLY 2 POUNDS UNTIL MY FIRST GOAL AND I WILL MAKE IT BY NEXT WEDNESDAY

Where is everyone? Sorry I haven't posted in a few days. I've been totally on plan but get bored posting sometimes since I'm such a creature of habit. But I'm back at least for one more week. I don't think I will have a scale to keep up with my weigh ins on vacation in the Philippines but maybe. We will see.

Today's plan:
Water- Half my weight in ounces
Exercise- 45 minute walk, Household chores
Brunch: Egg omelette w/ veggies, salt/pepper, butter
Dinner: Beef stir fry with fried cabbage and onions

Hi Ladies,
Sorry for the MIA.
With TOM here for a week,I was in so much pain and discomfort that I actually had to take a sick day off.
Was and am on plan with my eating but exercise wise……..barely moved for the past week.
Well, TOM is gone and I am back!

Today
Omelet: 2 eggs, mushrooms, some sort of protein
Bone soup/broth
salad with lots of veggies and oil, vinegar
broccoli and grilled chicken

Have a great day!

Shan84, will you be able to use the internet while on vacation?

Hi Future, same story here. I have endometriosis and the cramps are horrid!

But, I stayed on plan with no cheating and I'm pretty sure I'm past the hump. Not craving things and feeling pretty good.

Today:
Breakfast Coffee/1tsp HWC/1 Splenda
Lunch Salami, cheese, salad with olive oil and garlic vinegar
Dinner ?? Probably grilled chicken breast with salad and maybe some asparagus

Hi Ladies!
Hope your Tuesday was a good one.
Stayed on plan today.
Yesterday I prepped all my lunches for the week.

Today
Water, coffee
Omelet with mushrooms and spinach
Cheese
Chicken cooked with onions, rosemary, thyme, stewed tomatoes. Low and slow for 40 minutes. Yummy!

Tomorrow
Probably same as today.
I am such a creature of habit………if something works and I like it, I can use it for days. I man to the type who needs a different meal each day.

What to work on/improve
Exercise, water intake, LESS cheese!!!!!

Will check back in tomorrow.

PS: melissakd, I am sorry you are also in a lot of pain when TOM arrives.
It's weird for me: some months I am totally fine (well, slight discomfort) and others I can't crawl out of bed. Just weird!
