Today's Christmas plan was:
Water: Half my weight in ounces
Exercise: Day off
Brunch: Hot pot- Beef, Pork, Mushrooms, Green Onions, Salt
Dinner: Chicken dipped in mayo

Merry Christmas!
Off plan today………not going to list the bad foods. Family prepped this amazing brunch and I had stuff off plan.
This is just one day, one step back……not falling off the wagon though.
Plan for tomorrow:
Proper water intake (always lacking here)
Omelet with sausage
Chicken with salad
Sautéed veggies and some sort of meat (not sure what yet)
Exercise: walk 3 miles
Have a great day!

Hope everyone had a good holiday. I've stayed true to plan now for a consecutive 3 months and counting....aside from a 4 month unavoidable break, I've been on plan roughly 1 year and 2 months now. Going strong. Keep pushing through. I get to discouraged daily stepping on the scale when I keep losing or gaining the same few pounds but I know my inches are falling, so I keep pushing. Don't give up anyone! It does work.

Today's plan:
Water: Half my weight in ounces
Exercise: Does a massage count today? Just kidding...30 minute walking
Brunch: Egg omelette w/veggies, cheese, and butter
Dinner: Steak and Chicken Fajitas (no tortillas, no beans) just meat, veggies, a sprinkle of cheese, and salsa!

How weird is this?
I got logged out of the site and couldn't remember my password. I put in my email address and they sent me the log in for my previous name futurehealthyme. This is me: healthyin2015 but I guess I am using the first id and account: futurehealthyme.
This is how I started on this site but then they told me that that account was lost and had to start over………now it was found.
Just weird!

Plan for today:
coffee, water
2 sausage links, 1 bacon, radishes
cucumber and hamburger meat
Baked tilapia with shrimp and broccoli

Have a great day!

PS: Yesterday I was hungry late in the evening and I had bell pepper with cheese and bacon.
The scale is moving in the right direction, I am almost where I had started……because I had put weight on rather than lose due to my bad choices. Now, I am moving in the right direction!
Thank God!

Hey healthy! Welcome back. Weird about your long lost account. Congrats on the scale moving again. Mine is too.

Today's plan:
Water: Half my weight in ounces
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of cheese
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of cheese
Dinner: Garden salad and chicken

Trying something different with food intake yesterday and today. Yesterday it worked so will see what happens today.

Stayed on plan and am feeling well!
Even went out to dinner and only had 12 grams of carbs. I am so happy! Small steps in the right direction!
Today's plan:
home made iced coffee: espresso, ice cubes, half and half, 1 splenda
water
I made mayo from scratch and is SOOOO GOOD!
The store bought one is full of sugar.
So:
Only coffee for breakfast as I was in a hurry and not hungry.
Lunch: roasted chicken with mayo
Dinner: roasted chicken, mayo with broccoli
Snack or in between:2 cheese sticks, radishes, bell pepper

I am creature of habit and eat a lot of the same foods, if I like them.
Exercise: pushing for 10,000 steps.

Have a great day, shan84!
What are your plans for New YEar's Eve?
Quiet, relaxing and peaceful at home……..that's my plan!
Shan84, would you like to share a similar thread for January?

Check in later!

Hi healthy! No plans for New Years Eve here. Husband is out of town so I plan to stay quiet and just relax at home the whole time. Happy New Year from China! Even though I am a creature of habit when I find foods I like, I would love to do another January thread similar to this with you if you would like to. I found out why I was losing and gaining the same weight over and over again the past two weeks so I feel confident that January is going to be a great month for my weight loss. I was eating too much protein and I think my Chinese mayonnaise might have hidden ingredients in it. So I switched my fat content to olive oil, butter, and will add avocado again this week.

Today's plan:
Water- Half my weight in ounces (Slept late so have lots of drinking to do to get this in)
Brunch: 4 boiled eggs, 2 slices of butter
Dinner: Baked chicken breasts, Brocolli and Cheesy Butter

Hi shan84,
Yay!
Ok, we'll do this in January, as well. I need to stick to eating right for many months so - maybe - we can have this accountability thread each month. How awesome would it be to stay in touch and end up having maintenance threads rather than weight loss threads? WE CAN DO IT!
Hmm, I have noticed in the past that eating too much protein was also detrimental and led to gaining weight.
It's so easy to overeat protein though. I must be paying attention, too.
How about making your own mayo as an additional choice to all other types of fats you use? It's easy.
Ok, I will check back tomorrow 12/31 (big time difference between where we each live)
PS: I started the January accountability thread.
Have a great day/night!
