I'm still here... lol life has been so busy.. I'm off work today, but got to go get my daughter for her dr. appointment. so busy again today. got to catch up with my weight numbers from the last few days...
Longest Yard Sale Started today, Trying to get to work and finding a place to park to start work will be challenging, so busy rest of the week at work.

Today is my birthday so I may stay off the scale tomorrow depending on how today goes and how scared of it I am tomorrow. Still way under on carbs but calories YIKES and its only 2pm :0

Candy looks like that 167 is hanging on for dear life..Hopefully its get the hint tomorrow
